Our values
Letter from our president
During my work experience, I have gone through many job positions, talked to many people, and realized how important happiness at work is. After analyzing this experience and observing the separation that exists between workers, business management, state administration, and society, it becomes clear that achieving happiness at work—a pillar that sustains productivity and social benevolence—is a challenging goal.
We know it is difficult, but not impossible. I dream of achieving happiness at work, a pending task that we all must fulfill.
It has been my goal since the company was founded, and it remains so. My formula for achieving it includes recognition, project information, involvement from project management, administration, employees’ families, suppliers, banks, clients, and the workers themselves.
Among all these, the most absent and beyond our influence is the administration.
The rest is achievable. Workers must replace obligation with the need to contribute to society, express what they aim to achieve, understand their role in the overall objective, and recognize the importance of their creativity and responsibility.
They must feel like an essential part of the company, receiving both good and bad news through the same channels.
At a minimum, we must hold two general meetings per year with all company members, one of which should focus on future projects. These meetings should include family members, close friends, suppliers, clients, banks, and external collaborators who are not on the payroll but belong to the company’s social support network. If we manage to engage the administration, the industry councilor may not attend but will send a delegation, which, being an uncommon practice, will hold significant value.
This objective must be kept in mind daily, as its success depends on everyday actions.
Continuous training is essential. Just as physical exercise improves flexibility, acquiring more knowledge makes employees more adaptable to change.
Keeping the company, its objectives, and information alive leads to happiness and skyrocketing productivity.
However, there are obstacles. When we implement this formula, we create new expectations that must be met—some financially, others socially and in terms of recognition. If these aspects are not aligned, the project will stagnate after three or four years, requiring a fresh start.

We feel committed with our world. For that reason, one of our main priorities is working to take care of the environment. Part of that commitment is obtaining from the ISO 14001 Certificate and the EMAS Regulation, both of them voluntary and achieved in 2005. The EMAS Regulation, that it is like the Environment “Oscar”, requires an annual report about our environmental behavior.
From 2004, we are changing gradually solvent based inks for water based inks.
Why? That is our way to reduce residues and emissions to the atmosphere, contributing to the ozone layer care.
In 2010, the Department of Environment of the Madrid Government, granted us the second prize of the Environmental Management Award for SME.
In addition, in 2012 we get the wood chain of custody certificate FSC® So we can guarantee every customer that request for it that our products are made of paper coming from controlled forest.
Social Commitment
We desire to be happy with our job, and we know how importantreconciling familiar and professional life is. We adapt timetables, holidays, etc... as it is in our hand. Thanks to those initiatives, Fuenlabrada City Hall prized us with the SME Best Policy of Conciliation 2008 award.
With the ESIC Business School helping, we put into practice the Equality Act, in cooperation with the Women General Department and the Madrid Government Program “Generating changes”.
